STAR Pravah offers its viewers a warm & heart wrenching tale of love, commitment and longing - Vachan Dile Tu Mala. Produced by Yash & Mamta Patnaik’s Beyond Dreams Productions, Vachan Dile Tu Mala is a tale of a girl belief in her love and her journey to win her love.
Rama, the protagonist and Shreyas are childhood sweethearts. At an early age, Shreyas leaves for the city along with his family with a promise to return back. Hereon begins the journey of Rama who lives as Shreyas’s to-be bride and does all rituals that any married Indian woman would. Shreyas goes to London to study and now belongs to a very affluent family in Mumbai. But does that change his love for Rama. Will he come back to the village to marry her and fulfill his promise is Vachan Tu Dile Mala.
Premiering on September 23, Monday-Thursday, ‘Vachan Dile Tu Mala’’ is a significant step from STAR Pravah, which has emerged as the Challenger channel with its No 2 postion this week, to prove its dominance in the 9.30 pm slot. The show boasts of a distinguished star cast like Aaswari Joshi, Shrikant Desai, Rajendra Chawla, veteran actress Sulbha Deshpande and many more. The show introduces Marathi Cinestar Pushkar Jog for the first time on small screen. Pushkar plays the lead role of Shreyas co-starred by Rama, played by Mayuri Wagh.

In line with that promise, we now bring ‘Vachan Dile Tu Mala’, a story which is more than just a contemporary love story.
