The movie is directed by Hyderabad based director K Murali Mohan Rao. The music of the movie has been composed by Raghav Sachar. The story is of a funeral for Douglas Lazarus which erupts into hysterical chaos when the grieved mourners are struck by innumerable outrageous calamities caused by delivery of wrong corpse in the coffin, stinginess, hallucinogenic drugs, romance, jealousy, in-laws, and a scandalous secret all of which befall the family and friends, leading to a laugh a minute and ironically culminating the funeral into a funeral.
