It is time for the contestants on Sunsilk Big Switch to pull up their socks. After a fun 2nd episode with Priyanka Chopra, the contestants now face the harsh truths of reality head on. Episode 3 marks the first elimination episode on Big Switch, and this brings with it the requisite drama. Watch as 10 rich and 10 poor contestants spend 14 weeks with each other, getting a taste of the ‘other’ side of life.

The morning message gets the contestants to switch more than just their attitude. They are asked to swap clothes with their respective partners. While the boys manage this well, the girls have problems with the fit and they struggle to find the perfect color. When Genelia enters, she questions Natasha about her problem with the clothes, post which Natasha starts crying and says that she is being singled out.

Pooja and Bhavesh are chosen as the captains for the day’s task – Constructing a Brick Wall. After winning the toss, Pooja gets to select her team first. Natasha and Rekha are the last team to be chosen and they end up in Bhavesh’s team. To start the task, each team has to collect cement, water, bricks and sand from different locations and build the highest wall in the shortest period of time. Bhavesh’s team goes first while Pooja and her team head back to the Switch house. Once in the house, Siddhartha allocates the individual tasks. Pooja gives an inspiration speech, which leads Siddhartha to retaliate and ask everyone to sleep to save their energy.

Bhavesh’s team enters the house after completing the task and they start questioning Pooja’s captaincy. They mock her judgement, only to be left dumb-founded when Pooja’s team wins the task. Pooja’s team took 10 minutes less AND their wall had an additional layer of bricks. Bhavesh complains saying that his team focused on perfection, which is why they took time.

The atmosphere in the house is very tense as they approach their first elimination. Sunny, Bhavesh and Adam plan the voting out. The other contestants share their dreams and talk about their plans after leaving Big Switch. After being questioned by Genelia, Pooja chooses Natasha and Rekha as the weakest pair. Pooja also discloses Natasha’s comment about the poor kids being more spoilt than the rich kids. Genelia then asks Bhavesh and Adam to pick which team will join them in the danger zone. Bhavesh chooses Natasha and Rekha.

During the vote-out everyone cries as Bhavesh and Rekha talk about their dreams. Each of the 8 safe teams gets to cast one vote. Pooja votes against Natasha and says that it was a joint decision between her partner and herself. Sunny snubs Pooja and says that she only voted against Natasha because of their issues. Is it the end of the road for Bhavesh and Adam, or Natasha and Rekha? Watch to find out who gets ‘Switched’ off from Sunsilk Big Switch.
