If you are one of those who prefer a quite New Year Eve with the family and cocooned in your warmer, then tune in to HBO for the most anticipated premiere of the year - SATC: The Movie! Premiering on 31st December at 9:00pm, the movie is a big screen makeover of the much adored and hit series SATC. One of the highest grosser at the worldwide box office and among the top 10 movies in 2008, the movie is a must watch for all the SATC fans.

Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw, successful author and everyone’s favorite fashion icon-next-door, is back with her famously sardonic wit intact, to narrate her own story about love and the fashion-obsessed single women in New York. Also reprising their roles are Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon as Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda respectively.

Though the faces remain the same, the movie has progressed since the gorgeous foursome made up the series. With characters now 40 and older, it’s longer getting into the latest bar but wisely enough, it’s gotta do with the bigger thing, about matters of the heart. Sure, there’s true love for all of them -- Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha (Kim Cattrall) – but the question is, what’s next? With twists and turns, there’s been a progression to love, but marriage? Well, uh! Mm!... Well? Well!

Catch your favorite friends as they continue to juggle jobs and relationships while navigating motherhood, marriage and Manhattan real estate on 31st December at 9:00pm only on HBO.
