Shakerkandilal arrives and they all go to the municipal office together. Dubey, indirectly, demands some money to pass the design but Shakarkandilal understands his intentions and slaps him. Suddenly, Dubey gets the news of his father’s demise and that his father has left some valuables, which he has to collect from Mukundi’s office.
In the office Mukundi and his colleagues act the same way and teaches him a lesson by treating him in the same way as Dubey had treated them. They also asked him for the money, just like he did. However, Dubey gives them the money.
Finally, Mukundi with his father and Dadaji go to Dubey’s office with the same money that Dubey gave him where Mukundi makes him realize that the money which is earned in a wrong way gets spent in a wrong way too.
Dubey feels ashamed for his act and he finally sanctions the design of the map. Mukundi, also, gives him his father’s belongings, in which he finds a letter, in which his father asks Dubey to be honest and loyal as this is the only valuable thing which he could never teach him when he was alive, he regretted that all his life and doesn’t want his son to feel the same.
