RED FM launches 'The Swapnil Joshi Show'

RED FM, India's most contemporary and innovative music station has added yet another sparkling chapter to its portfolio by launching a brand new show called 'The Swapnil Joshi Show'. The show which went on air on Sunday, July 18th, 2010 promises to enthrall the listeners with an electric dose of contemporary Marathi and Hindi music with comedian par excellence Swapnil Joshi as the host.

Swapnil Joshi in his inimitable style promises to take the listeners on an unforgettable journey where they will get the experience of a lifetime to be up close and personal with famous Maharashtrian icons, and be privy to their work and life. This 2-hour weekly show promises fun unlimited and will air in 5 cities across Maharashtra - Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur and Aurangabad.

Speaking about the show he says, "I'm very excited to be a part of the Bajaate Raho station, RED FM. Hosting this show is going to be challenging and fun at the same time as this is going to be my first stint as an RJ and that too with my favourite radio station. I intend to make the most of this opportunity bestowed upon me by RED FM."

Swapnil Joshi as an actor has always believed in doing out-of-the-box roles. He has been a part of renowned Hindi & Marathi TV serials, plays and cinema. His recent Marathi movie Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai is a performance driven and communication based film. Running successfully for over 4 weeks in Pune & other cities, the film has certainly proved to be an entertaining delight for audiences across ages.

RED FM known to push boundaries went one step ahead and conducted an extensive consumer research which highlighted the growing trend amongst listeners with an appetite for local music.
