Fever 104 FM has put together for its listeners the biggest epic of all time – the Ramayan. With celebrated artists such as Naseeruddin Shah, Anupam Kher and Om Puri, this promises to be one of the most ambitious radio projects of all time, and a complete theatre of the mind for radio listeners.
Delivering on its promise of freshness and out of the box programming, Fever 104 FM is ready to set the airwaves on fire starting the 30th August where the listeners will be acquainted with this mega production.
Come September and Fever 104 FM will be all geared to recreate on radio the magic of our mythology. Tune in to your heritage with Fever 104 FM's grand innovation – Fever Radio Ramayan, a programming initiative set to enthrall Fever 104 FM's listeners with a revolutionary approach in audio storytelling. The very first episode of Ramayan will air on 13th September at 7 am, where one can tune in and hear the mega epic with characters voiced by eminent personalities like Naseeruddin Shah, Om Puri and Anupam Kher.
The Fever Radio Ramayan will be a six-month long series with episodes airing every week day at 7 am. With powerful and noted theatre and Bollywood veterans like Naseeruddin, Om Puri and Anupam Kher, this show will truly entertain, enlighten and delight the listeners.
Playing the dynamic character of Raavana said Mr. Naseeruddin Shah, "Ramayan on radio was unheard of and when Fever 104 FM approached me to play Raavan, I was truly elated to lend my voice to help reach out and educate our youth about the great epic of Ramayan. It has truly been a challenging experience to communicate the emotions and create a real life audio environment for radio listeners".
