Saving the world? All in a day's work for Generator Rex, the latest power-packin' adventure series set to take over Indian TV screens on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
From the creators of global phenomenon Ben 10, which tops the hero list as the #1 boys' action figure brand in the Asia Pacific region, Generator Rex has already proved a huge hit in the U.S. with its April debut topping its timeslot on all television among kids aged 2-11.
Generator Rex follows the journey of 15-year-old Rex, an extraordinary teenager who takes on mutant monstrosities by morphing his limbs into powerful machines via microscopic nanites pumping through his body. As the global organization Providence's most powerful weapon, Rex is determined to cure Exponentially Variegated Organisms (E.V.O.s) and protect the Earth from evil doers such as his powerful archenemy E.V.O. Van Kleiss. But deep down, Rex just wants to be a normal teenager and must balance his adrenaline-fueled adventures with the ups and downs of being 15.
