Remember that meat dress Lady Gaga wore? Well, guess who was inspired by that. Bruce Willis. The legendary Die Hard actor stunned the audience when he appeared with something red on his head on The Late Night Show with David Letterman. David couldn't help asking Bruce if he had coloured his hair red. Bruce, a Gaga fan, very proudly said, "It's my new hair piece.... made out of meat. Inspired by that crazy... LADY GAGA. I'm inspired by her."
Taking a page right out of Lady Gaga's fashion book, Bruce Willis accessorized his look for the show with meat — a ground beef headpiece! This is the worst hairpiece since the ones he showcased in Jackal. Actually, it was a Lady Gaga-inspired 100 per cent ground beef sirloin meat toupee, but it looked more like Willis had stripped off his skull cap and put it back on inside-out.
The 55-year-old actor explained he was a huge Gaga fan. Praising his headgear Bruce joked and said, "Showering, not a problem. Lather, rinse, repeat . . . tenderize. You got to give it a little rub."
After shaking some salt and pepper on his head, and then offering David a fork, Bruce asked the late night host to carefully dig in. Being the spot that David is, he ate a from Willis' stylist hair piece.
Bruce thoroughly enjoyed doing what he has never done before, flicking the meat hair piece with a jerk. "People backstage were fading away from me", Bruce said.
Watch Bruce Willis gives a new meaning to the headgear on Late Night with David Letterman, Wednesday, May 25th at 11.30 pm only on BIG CBS Prime.
