On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, (14th September) Dainik Bhaskar Group is bringing together a panel of prominent writers and media practitioners to discuss the changing nuances and influences on Hindi in a discussion titled ‘Ek Hindi Anek Hindi’.
Dainik Bhaskar, India’s largest newspaper group publishing four newspapers in as many languages with 63 editions spread over 13 states, and a readership of 18.1 million, sees Hindi Diwas as an important occasion to bring together experts and the public on a common platform to discuss the way Hindi is being influenced, used and promoted.
This year the panel consists of authors like Vishwanath Tripathi and Nand Bharadwaj, thinkers like Sudesh Pachauri and Alok Rai and well known writer Ira Pande. The panel also has well known film maker Mahesh Bhatt and Ashutosh Managing Editor for IBN 7 and Milind Khandekar Managing Editor at MCCS.
The choice of the topic ‘Ek Hindi Anek Hindi’ is a reflection of the Diaspora of Hindi users in this country who are our readers too.Mr Yatish Rajawat, Group Managing Editor Dainik Bhaskar Group said, “ the world of languages spans our life and work, Dainik Bhaskar newspaper works in various Indian languages Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.
