Universal music releases super group Superheavy's self-titled debut album today

The wait is finally over as one of the most anticipated albums of 2011 is finally here - SuperHeavy’s debut self titled album releases on Universal Music today. The band has brought mouthwateringly disparate musical styles and influences to the record. SuperHeavy has a diverse and eclectic line up who share eleven Grammy Awards between them with Indian maestro A R Rahman and International legends such Mick Jagger, Dave Stewart, Joss Stone and Damian 'Jr. Gong’ Marley collaborating on it. The album, which is co-produced by Jagger & Stewart, is recorded in various studios around the world.

The album is released in two formats– a Standard Version and a Deluxe Edition, both of which will include A R Rahman’s second composition for the band, a beautiful mid-tempo track called “Mahiya”. It also features the first single 'Miracle Worker’ and the second single 'Satyameva Jayate’ which are already creating a huge buzz all over.
