Cartoon Network India is set to add even more sparkle to Diwali this season with Popcorn Phataka; featuring back-to-back movies, mega premieres and a huge contest where kids can win every hour!
Kicking off on October 24 at 10 am, Popcorn Phataka will showcase big ticket movies such as Krrish, the premieres of Chhutanki and Fire Breather and other movie classics including Kutty Chetan and Friends, My Friend Ganesha, Tom and Jerry: A Nutcracker Tale, Green Chick, Jil Jil Genie and Hanuman.
Tuning in to Cartoon Network will be even more exciting during Diwali as every hour kids can win awesome prizes ranging from TVs, Mobile Phones, PSPs, Digital Cameras and much more, by participating in “Cartoon Network Phat Phat Phataka” contest. To participate, viewers simply tune into Popcorn Phataka and SMS ‘CNP A/B’ to 58888.

The countdown begins for loads of fun, entertainment and laughter on Cartoon Network this Diwali. Diwali Phataka will light up TV screens from 24th October to 30th October 2011, 10 am onwards.
