Yamaha brings John Abraham and Moto GP Champion together

John Abraham, popular youth icon and brand ambassador for Yamaha Motor India today met up with six-time Moto Grand Prix champion and Team Yamaha rider Valentino Rossi at the Brno Grand Prix. Invited to the event by the international biking phenomenon, Abraham and Rossi struck an instant rapport as passionate motorcycle enthusiasts.

Yamaha has always been associated with Moto sports globally. Inline to this Yamaha motor India wants to disseminate biking as a lifestyle, where each customer who rides a bike should enjoy the pleasure of biking.

"As a biker I have followed Valentino Rossi's career very closely. Meeting him at the Brno Grand Prix is a dream come true, made possible by Yamaha. Its really amazing to watch Rossi turning at 200 KMPH. I found Rossi to be a very cute, sweet and fun loving Guy. It's amazing how much he has achieved at such a young age yet manages to stay so rooted inspite of it all.", said John. Speaking on his association with Yamaha he added "My first ever bike was a Yamaha. At that point, I had borrowed money to buy it and had never dreamt I would be endorsing the brand and meeting up with its most famous biking legend someday. This association is truly special for me".

John Abraham presented Valentino Rossi with a t-shirt, collection of his DVDs and a Ganesha statue to wish him luck. John also visited the Brno circuit and saw Rossi's Yamaha YZR-M1 at the paddock area. John Abraham fulfilled his long cherished dream of watching Moto GP action in person with

the best in moto sport. John was also seen enthusiastically cheering Rossi to the chequered flag.

Speaking on the occasion Valentino Rossi said, "I am very happy to see a face from Yamaha India at the Grand Prix. I will catch up on the DVD of 'Dhoom' known to be a biking cult classic movie in India, once the race is over. I also look forward to visiting India some time in the future."
