IBN7, India’s Channel of Impact, with its bold new look and attitude is trying to break free from the conventional methods of delivering news. As a continuation of this effort, the channel is launching a news show with a difference called Special Report.
Starting September 9, Special Report will take up news stories that have the potential to develop into bigger stories and impact the common man in a big way. Covering both national and international news, the show will decode every aspect of the news item and analyse in detail its impact. The anchor-led show will move away from the regular format of news delivery, bringing in a new style of news presentation.
Ashutosh, Managing Editor, IBN7, said “Special Reportis aimed at reiterating the channel’s vision and philosophy of conveying the most impactful news in the most truthful way. It will present reality as it is and make viewers aware of the issues that impact them the most."
Special Report starting Sep 9, 2013 will be telecast from Monday to Friday at 7:30 PM followed by a repeat at 10:30 PM & on Tuesday to Saturday at 9:30 AM.
