Percept Picture Company launches IDEA BOX for budding writers

Percept Picture Company (PPC) has recently launched an IDEA BOX to invite film concepts from budding writers. The IDEA BOX can be accessed via 2 modes:

Physical space: The IDEA BOX is physically present in the Percept Picture Company office in Raghuvanshi Estate, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Virtual Space: One can also log onto the website, www.2ppc.com, and click on IDEA BOX to get information on how to submit one’s film concept/synopsis.

The synopsis/concept submitted should be a maximum of 1000 words, should outline the main theme/and characters of the story and should have the potential of being developed into a full-fledged film script. In the event we are desirous of establishing an association with the writers, we shall get in touch with them directly.

The PPC creative and production teams have been responsible for greenlighting films that Percept Picture Company has produced/is producing i.e. Pyaar Main Twist, Hanuman, Home Delivery, Maalamaal Weekly and Corporate. And the distribution team has been instrumental in distributing some of the most successful and critically acclaimed films of 2004-05 i.e. Yahaan, Page 3, Mumbai Express and Bose.

The list of the above-mentioned films not only shows the wide variety of subjects that PPC has experimented with, but also the brilliant quality of cinema that PPC has brought to the Indian audience. All of this will certainly give confidence to the new and talented writers to try their luck with PPC.
