As the world is all set to mark the celebration of first ever ‘International Yoga Day’, IBN7 will telecast exclusive programming titled ‘Yog ka Mahakumbh’ for its viewers. Yoga is perhaps one of India’s greatest contribution to the world and with an aim to celebrate this unique practice, ‘International Yoga Day’ – An initiative taken by Indian Government will bring together 192 countries for the celebration on 21st June, 2015.
IBN7, known for bringing the most extensive coverage of major events, has put together an exhaustive programming line-up for the occasion. The programming will cover all aspects of Yoga extensively and will demonstrate its history and culture, different techniques and its therapeutic effect. The special programming will also bring together Yoga experts from the country and exhibiting Yoga Asans for our audience. The programming will also feature prominent public figures and celebrities who practice Yoga on a regular basis and their take on the same.

Yog Ka Mahakumbh; Timings- 7.30 PM
Starting 14th June, special half-hour shows around- Yoga, its techniques, its benefits, how yoga is getting popular among the youth, its popularity among the celebrities, global connect & about the famous yoga gurus.
Yog Ka Mahakumbh; Timings- 8.30 PM
Yoga Mahaguru- A half an hour special with Baba Ramdev on Yoga & its techniques.
Modi Ka Mahayogi - A half an hour special on the Yog guru who has taught PM Modi about Yoga.
Yog Yatra- A half an hour show on the history of Yoga, its culture, therapeutic effect of it & bytes of few yoga experts.
Aao Yog Karein; Timings- 7 AM
A daily half-hour show for a week on Yoga, various asans of it & its benefits. The show will be
anchored by a Yoga expert who will pick one health problem daily & three asans to cure that particular
health problem.
Choti Yog Guru on 21st June; Through the day
A 9 year old girl from Allahabad who drew inspiration from her elder brother & started practicing yoga asanas when she was just 2 years old. By the time she was 6 years of age, she had not only mastered some of the advanced yoga poses but also started teaching yoga to people in an ashram in Allahabad. This girl will be live on IBN7 through the day.
