Zee TV presents ‘Kasamh Se’

At a time when the industry is gearing up for yet another super year of television and everyone is in the mood for a change of flavors, Zee TV brings to the viewers an Ekta Kapoor production. ‘Kasamh Se’ is the story of three sisters living together in a world of hostility, contempt and coldness.

Speaking on the launch, Vivek Behl, Creative Head Zee TV said, “Kasamh Se is not your typical soap factory product. It is being given a special treatment; one that will go well with the loyal Zee TV viewers. We are bringing in the new serial at 9.00 pm, a slot that so far has enjoyed steadfast viewer ship”.

Ekta Kapoor, the lady with a penchant for churning out successful dramas, comments, “I believe in ‘creating’ audiences and then maintaining them through the finer details of a relationship. The story line of this particular sequence is very powerful. After a long time I am creating a young protagonist who will be on center-stage and will take the audience on a journey that involves just the right proportion of youthfulness, drama, romance, friendship and sibling bonding.”

‘Kasamh Se’ is an epic tale of three sisters, completely different in their outlook towards life but tied together by the unadulterated bond of trust and sisterhood.

The main lead in ‘Kasamh Se’ is being played by debutante Prachi Desai and Ram Kapoor, who shot to fame with the afternoon serial ‘Dhadkan’. Arunima Choudhary and Roshni Chopra play the two sisters to Prachi Desai.

Bani is the eldest, symbolizing togetherness and camaraderie. Next in line is Pia, the ambitious of the lot, who aims to reach out for the sky. Rano is the youngest and the most protected. She is ever in a thoughtful mood and has decided to live life on her own terms.

The three sisters come together and weave a fine web of relationships that transcend the boundaries of sisterhood.
