Percept H’s Jasravee Chandra joins Lowe, Mumbai, as brand planning director

Chandra has worked on brands such as FedEx, Bank of Baroda, Siyaram and Pantaloon in the past

Jasravee Chandra has joined Lowe, Mumbai, as brand planning director. She has moved from Percept H, Mumbai, where she was associate planning director.

Speaking about this development to agencyfaqs!, Chandra says, “In my view, brand planning as a function hasn’t come up the way it should have. It is a field that requires a certain skilled approach. I appreciate Pranesh Misra’s vision regarding this discipline and it is a joy to work with like-minded individuals. This is what prompted me to take up this job.”

Her new responsibilities at Lowe include supervising and initiating research, as well as looking after all aspects of brand positioning and creative routing.

A graduate from MICA, Ahmedabad, Chandra started her career at AC Nielsen ORG MARG, where she spent two years. She went on to spent a year at Research International, where she worked on HLL brands such as Dove in addition to certain regional projects. Her last move was to the brand planning discipline at Percept H, Mumbai.

In the research field, Chandra has worked on brands such as CNN, Cartoon Network, Dove, World Gold Council, Knorr, Annapoorna and ICICI. In brand planning, she has worked on such names as FedEx, Pantaloon, Siyaram and Bank of Baroda.
