Sraboni Bhaduri, head of qualitative research, Mode Research, has joined Mudra, Delhi, as vice-president, planning and integration.

Speaking to agencyfaqs!, Sandeep Vij, president, Mudra, North and East, says, "Bhaduri is part of the core team that will put together Mudra Delhi's TBS (Total Branding Solutions) offering."

Bhaduri, a postgraduate in psychology from Delhi University, completed her PhD in organisational culture and learning from IIT Delhi. She started her career in clinical psychology in 1991. Her stint with advertising began in 2000, when she joined the planning department of McCann-Erickson, Delhi, where she also got exposure to servicing. She moved to Contract in 2004, after which she went back to practising qualitative research. Her passion for advertising brought her back to the advertising world at Mudra. Bhaduri’s work profile includes some of the most famous brands in the country such as Gillette, Maruti, Dabur and Samsung.

Talking about the development, Bhaduri says, “Many agencies talk about total branding solutions, but none of them has translated that on ground. Mudra has various specialised divisions that offer different services.”
