Rediffusion DY&R bags TDI real estate account

The account is pegged to be worth Rs 5 crore

Rediffusion DY&R, Delhi, has won the advertising duties for Taneja Developers and Infrastructure Ltd (TDI), a real estate development company. The account, which is pegged to be worth Rs 5 crore, was won after a multi-agency pitch.

Santosh Sood, COO, regions, Rediffusion DY&R, says, “It’s too early to divulge details on the strategy and media mix for the account. Though it is likely that the communication will be primarily print led, the possibility of venturing into the electronic media cannot be ruled out.”

Sood informs agencyfaqs! that Rediffusion DY&R will handle the advertising duties for all the brands and projects undertaken by TDI. The strategy and media mix will also depend on the individual needs of the various TDI projects.

TDI is a flagship company of the Taneja Group, which was established in the late 1980s. Though the company started out with its primary focus on real estate trading, over the years, it has diversified into real estate development as well. Some of the noteworthy projects the company has undertaken are Palm Court in Gurgaon and the TDI Westside Mall, better known as 3C’s in Delhi’s Lajpat Nagar. The group is currently working on various projects, among them the TDI Center in Jasola, the TDI Mall at Rajouri Garden, the Paragon Shopping Mall cum Multiplex, also in Rajouri Garden, Southern Park in the Saket District Centre and the TDI Mall in Agra.
