Noshe Oceanic bags AMR Infrastructure and Spaze

The size of both the businesses combined is estimated to be over Rs. 5 crore

Noshe Oceanic, based in Delhi, has bagged the advertising duties for AMR Infrastructure and Spaze, both being real estate clients. The pitch for the business happened around the same time in July-end. The other agencies in the fray could not be ascertained.

Noshe Oceanic will be advertising AMR Infrastructure and Spaze for the first time. The combined size of the business is put at more than Rs. 5 crore.

Commenting on the win, Anupma Mehrotra, associate vice president, Noshe Oceanic, says, “There was depth in our creative presentation as we strategised the communication for each business in a comprehensive 360 degree format.”

RC Soni, director, AMR Infrastructure, says, “We have known Noshe Oceanic since quite a while. It’s impressive to see the way they function. The creative presentation they did for us was very detailed and also exemplified their understanding of our business.”

The media mix for AMR Infrastructure will mainly be press and outdoor advertising. Spaze, apart from press and outdoor advertising, will also involve the electronic medium as part of its communication.

For the record, AMR Infrastructure will be shortly opening an IT-cum-residential park in Greater Noida.
