Commenting on the win, Abeer Chakravarty, senior vice-president, Bates David Enterprise, Kolkata, says, “We have promoted prominent real estate brands such as Kolkata West International City, and the category has been a major area of specialisation for us. The client wanted to work with an agency that understood local issues of what ticks in real estate, especially when it comes to concept selling. We suggested insights that could help them build their brand from scratch.”

Subhash Kamath, CEO, Bates David Enterprise, adds, “The Kolkata market is fast changing and we see real estate as one of the key growth categories for us. This category requires 360 degree thinking and not just advertising. The Bates Kolkata team has acquired expertise with this approach and we are proud that Bengal Shriram has placed its faith in us.”
