Sahni has been with O&M for more than a decade and he will now look after the advertising function in Delhi
Sudhir Sahni, president, client services, O&M Delhi, has been promoted to the post of president of the Delhi branch by the Ogilvy India board. Sahni will look after the agency’s advertising function in Delhi. The announcement comes soon after O&M announced that Hephzibah Pathak and Simmi Sabhaney had been made presidents of the Mumbai and Bangalore offices, respectively
Sahni holds a postgraduate degree from IIM Ahmedabad and he has been with O&M for more than a decade now – since 1996 to be precise. In 2006, when he was vice-president, client services, he was promoted as president of the division.
During his time with O&M, Sahni has worked at the Mumbai branch and led the team on Ogilvy Healthcare in Delhi and Bangalore. He has worked on businesses such as American Express, UNICEF Pulse Polio, VDIS ‘97, Seagram’s, Coca-Cola and Hindustan Times, while at O&M.
Sahni says, “I have always loved creating strong brands and brand relationships. This new assignment will help me drive O&M Delhi to become the most irresistible agency – to work with and work for – in the industry.”
Piyush Pandey, executive chairman and national creative director, O&M India, and vice-chairman, O&M Asia Pacific, says, “Sahni has been a pillar of the agency’s Delhi operations for a long time. He has been a tremendous support in building brands for our Delhi clients.”
