Noida-based real estate consultancy firm intends to close the pitch process by month end.
Real estate consultancy firm Investors Clinic Infratech is looking for a creative partner. The Noida-based company was earlier using small advertising agencies on a project basis. However, the company wants a complete change of perception and wants to establish itself as a leading and trustworthy real estate brand. Apart from creative, Investors Clinic is also looking for a digital agency.
Rakhi Sharma, senior general manager (media and communications), Investors Clinic, says, "I am looking at experienced as well as new agencies to come up with a fresh, innovative approach. The reason we thought of hiring an agency was to change Investors Clinic's perception. We are still seen as as property brokers but we are a lot more than that." She adds that the company is looking at coming out with a campaign by June, which would include a TV commercial as well. As for its client base, Sharma says anyone interested in buying or selling property is the company's client, which means individuals, corporate and real estate builders.
Founded in 2007 by Honey Katiyal, the real estate marketing and brokerage firm has offices in 14 location in the country and a branch each in Dubai and Singapore. It also has 18-20 franchises spread across the country. The company has close to 2,500 employees. The agency's brand ambassador is cricketer Yuvraj Singh, whose image has been used quite prominently in the company's website. The company has reported more than Rs 200 crore in revenue in 2012-13. At present, it claims to be associated with 160 builders and over 1,500 property projects.
Besides having a physical presence, Investors Clinic also provides services to its clients online. The company's employees contact the clients to identify properties according to budget requirements and site visits. The portal also offers EMI, area and stamp calculator and loan clinic facilities. It deals with properties ranging from industrial, commercial, residential to farm land. The company has an in-house media buying team.
