Kerala Tourism empanels creative agencies

In its routine review of creative agencies, Kerala Tourism has empanelled three agencies to handle its creative duties. MediaMate Advertising, Maitri Advertising and Stark Communications are the three agencies that were selected for empanelment. The agencies were chosen for three categories - branding and advertising, events and digital. The state tourism department began the review process in March.

MediaMate will handle branding and advertising duties for Kerala Tourism in the local market.

While Kerala Tourism has got the agencies on board, the first meeting to brief the agencies about their roles and expectations is yet to take place.

Kerala Tourism carries out a review of its empanelled agencies every three years. In 2010, the department carried out a 360 degree campaign, 'Your Moment is Waiting', which was supported by print, television, out of home and below-the-line activities. The campaign was aimed at foreign tourists and had a surreal feel to it.
