LIC Housing Finance (LIC HFL), a housing finance company, marked its 36th Foundation Day with the launch of a new brand campaign focused on homeownership. The campaign highlights the role LIC HFL has played in helping individuals and families buy homes over the past three decades.
Titled “Apna Ghar... toh apna hi hota hai”, the brand film shows various Indian homes and everyday moments, such as birthdays and decorated walls. It highlights how a house becomes a home when it reflects personal identity and daily life.
The ad film features four montages showing everyday moments linked to homeownership: a Marathi family in Mumbai celebrating a birthday; children in a Chandigarh home scribbling on walls while their father watches; a South Indian woman hammering a nail to hang a photo frame; and a Bengali couple painting their walls. Each scene shows the personal freedom and control people have in their own homes.
Speaking on the occasion, Tribhuwan Adhikari, MD and CEO of LIC Housing Finance, said "For 36 years, LIC HFL has been a trusted partner of homeownership in India. Our Foundation Day is not only a celebration of our legacy but also a reaffirmation of our commitment to empowering every segment of society. The latest campaign is a celebration of that trust and of the everyday happiness a home brings."
As part of the social media campaign, the Digital Name Plate Generator will allow users to see their own name on a door, creating a personalised experience that highlights the pride of owning a home.
