Payments solutions provider Oxigen Services India has signed Sachin Tendulkar as its brand ambassador. Oxigen has aligned its vision to aggressively push for digital India and financial inclusion, a key agenda on the radar of India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Oxigen Services India's business involves service aggregation and distribution, utilising mobile, mobile apps, PoS and web for online payment processing and money transfer services.

Oxigen claims to have a retail footprint of 2, 00,000 outlets and two billion transactions till date with a current transaction volume rate of 600 million transactions per annum. Integrated into a single transaction and payment processing platform, the services provided include mobile money transfer, recharges, bill payments, ticketing and subscriptions for all leading service providers like prepaid and postpaid telecom, direct‐to‐home TV, internet broadband, travel (railways/airlines/bus), cinema/movie tickets, utility bill payments, gaming, music and movie downloads, among others.

Oxigen also works on financial inclusion and is a business correspondent to India's premier banks like SBI, RBL Bank and ICICI Bank. Oxigen's PoS (Point of Sale terminal) and the biometric scanner provides services like eKYC, Aadhaar cash-out pilots for UIDAI.
