The platform will allow real estate companies to share their brand stories on the portal.
Mumbai-based online realty portal Housing.com has launched an advertising platform called 'Brand Falcon', which will provide a place for real estate developers to share their brand stories.
According to Keerthi Kiran, vice president, New Real Estate Projects, Housing says, "Today, many consumers are interested in real estate brand names, and search houses of a specific brand. However, many popular real estate brands do not have the required presence online. This function solves both of these issues, giving easier access to consumers and allowing brands to reach the TG at the first touch-point."
The platform, in its initial leg, will only cater to Tier I cities and look at top 60 real estate companies, as per multiple criteria like popularity and business size. The platform will be managed in house by housing, and while the content will be provided by the clients, it will be designed and curated by a team at the portal. Information about the brand as well as its products will be highlighted, viewers will be able to map the real estate company's projects across the city and the country, and also take virtual 3-D tours of properties.
The pricing for this service will be premium, as compared to other direct online advertising like banner or side ads. However, specific details have not been revealed by the company.
