Although it sits in a boring product category, Fevicol is one of the country’s most loved brands thanks to its communication which invariably manages to tease a smile out of viewers.
So, on a day when several brands were desperately trying to snuggle up to consumers via #WorldEmojiDay, Fevicol played to its greatest strength – its advertising.
The official twitter account of the brand put out a string of emojis which, when decoded in conjunction with Fevicol’s facebook page, offer clues to great ads it has created in the past. How many of them can you identify?

Emoji Day is of pretty recent origin and was created by Jeremy Burge, the London-based founder of Emojipedia, an emoji search engine. He introduced it in 2014, a year after ‘emoji’ found its way into the Oxford Dictionary.
