Tamil version of Geeta Ramakrishnan’s bestseller “The Game of Change” is launched

Geeta Ramakrishnan, ontological coach and author of #1 Amazon Best Seller book ‘The Game of Change” launched the Tamil version of the book - ‘Maatram Yenum Manthiram’ at the Triplicane Chapter of Humour Club International in Chennai. This self-help book which had received a fabulous response across the globe was released by KR Nagarajan, Founder and Chairman of Ramraj cotton.

This book spreads the message to stay happy and flourish despite encountering any change that could come their way. The theme of this book resonates with that of the club, which is From Stress to Zen. Today’s world is challenging and demanding rapidly. Be it our workplace, our leisure, our relationships or handling day to day emotions, most of us are struggling to keep pace. Change is not going away, and if anything, it is accelerating.

Commenting on this marquee occasion, Geeta Ramakrishnan says, “I am ecstatic that the Tamil version of my book was launched in such a prestigious gathering. Today we face stress across workplace, leisure, relationships and even during daily mundane activities. I have combined my learning from conducting exhaustive research as well as varied experiences and written about my discoveries on the impact of mindfulness on the different facets of life. The first book was received by the karnatic music maestro Unnikrishnan.”

The copy of the book was released by the eminent businessperson – Mr. KR Nagarajan who is the Founder and Chairman of Ramraj Cotton. The copies of the book were also distributed to distinguished personalities such as acclaimed musicians Unnikrishnan and Dr Nithyashree Mahadevan, veteran actor Raadhika Sarathkumar, respected Advocate Sumathi, accomplished Ophthalmologist Dr Vijay Shankar along with august professors M Ramchandran, Dr Parveen Sultana and Pulvar M Ramalingam.

Members of Humour Club International meet every alternate Sunday and promote humour as a method to handle stress in life. This was an important day for the Chapter as well since it was celebrating its 36th anniversary.
