Giving young storytellers a stage, airtel uses tech in the most novel way.

Remember those summer nights when you along with your sibling would lie down on the bed and watch the sky? And all of a sudden seeing a star you would cook up a story and then another one and it would go on and on. But sometimes your listener would fall asleep and you would try to find an avid listener. Or a participant in your journey through the fairy land.

We all have been there wishing to have someone to listen to our stories.

airtel's latest digital campaign gives 5 extremely talented and creative young children the stage to tell their story. The concept of this digital campaign is to let the children write a story with their own untrammeled thoughts and have an audience. Partnering with best selling author Amish Tripathi, airtel brings together these children virtually and connects them with the author over the air. They are then asked to complete a story, the starting of which has been done by Amish himself.

And what unfolds is a magical tale of adventure and creativity from the eyes of the children.

Showcasing the stories with the attendees at the Jaipur lit fest live through teleporting 3D images of the kids, airtel gives these children a stage to share their brilliant and fresh imagination. Bringing technology to connect them not just with the author but also with realizing their dreams is what makes this campaign touching and special. Later, an illustrated book on their story was also released for the people.

What makes this ad so special is the innovative use of technology by airtel in connecting children with their imaginative world and letting the seed of storytelling grow. Both in us and in the upcoming generation. Brilliantly curated, crafted, and executed this ad will surely inspire a young soul write a story today and set their wings free!
