In recent times, the shutterbug community has evolved manifold and the passion for photography has seen a massive rise. Targeting this ecosystem of passionate photographers, Canon has come up with a brilliant campaign by the name of “Do Great With Canon” to promote their premium range of EOS cameras.

These staggering range of cameras by Canon come equipped with large sensors, advanced DIGIC processor and optics that enable the photographer to capture beautiful and stunning images in high definition. “Do Great with Canon” as a campaign is conceptualized on the insight that there are interesting things happening all around us and we, as Canon users, can capture great shots if we only look. The central premise of the campaign is that every shot captured using a Canon camera is a great shot.

The campaign story showcases the journey of a young protagonist who is out to capture some breath-taking photos conceived from everyday events. Therefore, the campaign stresses on the fact that being in the right place, at the right time has little meaning without having the perfect camera to capture the moment. This is where the EOS range of cameras by Canon is introduced to empower the protagonist with supreme precision and clarity, capturing the cadences of life.

At the launch of the campaign, C Sukumaran, Director, Image Communication Products & Consumer Systems Products Division said, “At Canon, it has always been our endeavor to empower consumers to excel in the art of photography. Through our ‘Do Great with Canon campaign’, we want consumers to explore the possibility of taking great images out of ordinary everyday moments with Canon DSLRs.”

The campaign is currently live across various media properties including both print and outdoor media with various impact properties. It’s an interesting campaign that encourages all the aspiring photographers to take their first step in their photography journey with Canon.
