Epson awards its digital duties to Langoor

The mandate includes social media management, media planning, media buying and creative content.

Langoor, a Bangalore-based digital marketing agency, has been awarded the full-service digital media mandate for Epson, a digital imaging and printing solutions brand. As a digital partner, Langoor will be responsible for Epson's end-to-end digital services. The mandate includes social media management, media planning, media buying and creative content.

According to the press release shared by the agency, Epson's requirement for a digital agency was driven by the need to consolidate all the various and growing digital marketing efforts under one agency for reasons of scale and convenience. The changes in consumer behaviour and Epson's continuous focus on creating customer value were other imperatives factored into this decision.

Speaking about the win, Venugopal Ganganna, CEO, Langoor, says, "It is an honour to take on the digital mandate for Epson... Epson has a wide portfolio of consumer and office products such as InkTank printers, billing printers, projectors, scanners, large format printers and robots. Through this engagement, Epson will be looking to drive visibility, brand equity and engagement for the brand through a strong presence on various Digital platforms.
