In Week 22, the top radio stations in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bengaluru are the same as in the previous week
The Radio Audience Measurement (RAM) data for Week 22 for four cities is out. There are no major surprises this week -- the previous week’s leaders have managed to hold on to their No. 1 positions in all the four RAM markets.
The leading radio station in Mumbai is Red FM. Radio Mirchi tops the charts in Delhi and Kolkata; whereas Big FM is the leader in Bengaluru.
Mumbai
For the second week running, Red FM is No.1 in the city. Its market share of 15.5 per cent is slightly lower than in Week 21. Radio Mirchi has reclaimed its No. 2 position, with a market share of 15.3 per cent.

AIR FM Gold has moved up a spot to become the No. 3 player, with a market share of 14.1 per cent, gaining 1.2 percentage points.
In Week 22, Big FM has slipped a spot to No. 4. Losing 0.8 percentage point, it has a market share of 13.2 per cent.
With a market share of 12.6 per cent, Fever FM is at No. 5 in Mumbai.
Radio City stays at No. 6, with a market share of 10.8 per cent; while a market share of 5.2 per cent places Radio One at No. 7.
Amongst the other stations in Mumbai, AIR FM Rainbow has a market share of 4.9 per cent; Akashavani and Vividh Bharti have 3 per cent each and Meow has 2.4 per cent.
Delhi
Radio Mirchi is at No.1 in Delhi, with a market share of 24.2 per cent in Week 22. Breaking AIR FM's three-week run, Fever FM has emerged as the No. 2 player in the city. It has a market share of 17 per cent, with a gain of 1.2 percentage points over the previous week.
Slipping a spot, AIR FM is at No. 3, with a market share of 16.8 per cent and a gain of 0.9 percentage point.
Radio City, with a market share of 8.9 per cent, continues to be No.4 in Delhi.
Red FM is at No. 5, with a market share of 8.1 per cent. In comparison to the previous week, the radio station has lost 0.8 percentage point.
With a market share of 6.6 per cent, Big FM is back at No. 6. In Week, 22 Radio One, with a loss of 0.7 percentage point, has slipped a spot to settle down as the No. 7 player in the market. It has a market share of 5.8 per cent.
Among the other stations in Delhi, both Meow and Hit FM have 3.9 per cent market share; followed by AIR FM and Vividh Bharati, with a market share of 2.3 per cent each; while Akashvani has a market share of 0.1 per cent.
Bengaluru
In Week 22, Big FM leads in the city with a market share of 20.5 per cent -- a loss of 0.5 percentage point over the previous week.
Radio Mirchi continues at No. 2, with a market share of 17.3 per cent -- a gain of 1.7 percentage points over the previous week. Fever FM is at No. 3 with a market share of 13.3 per cent, which is 1.6 percentage points less than last week.
In Week 22, AIR FM is the No. 4 player, with a market share of 12.4 per cent, gaining 0.5 percentage point over the previous week.
Radio City is at No. 5, with a market share of 10.8 per cent; while Radio One is at No. 6, with a market share of 9.3 per cent.
S FM continues at No. 7, with a market share of 7.9 per cent.
This week, amongst other players, Vividh Bharati has 4.3 per cent market share. Radio Indigo has 3 per cent; Gyan Vani has 0.8 per cent and Akashvani has 0.4 per cent market share.
Kolkata
In Week 22, Radio Mirchi, Big FM and Friends FM occupy the first, second and third positions in the city, respectively.
Radio Mirchi has a market share of 19.7 per cent, gaining 1.5 percentage points over the previous week. Big FM has a market share of 15.3 per cent; while Friends FM has 11.9 per cent.
Amaar FM is at No. 4, with a market share of 10.9 per cent. Red FM is next, with a market share of 9.5 per cent.
This week, Radio One has moved up a place to No. 6, with a market share of 6.8 per cent; while Meow FM has slipped to No. 7. With a market share of 6.1 per cent, the radio station has experienced a loss of 1.2 percentage points.
Fever FM is at No. 8, with a market share of 5.7 per cent. It has lost 0.7 percentage point this week.
In Week 22, among the other stations in Kolkata are AIR FM Rainbow (5.2 per cent); AIR FM Gold (3.6 per cent); Akashvani (2.4 per cent); Power FM (1.7 per cent) and Vividh Bharati (1.1 per cent).
