Sandeep Sharma has joined R K Swamy Media Group as president. He will take over from Chintamani Rao, who is moving into another role in the company. Earlier, Sharma was senior vice-president, marketing and sales at Times Global Broadcasting, where he was part of the start-up team of Times Now and ET Now.

Speaking about this change of leadership, Shekar Swamy, group CEO, R K Swamy Hansa, says, "We are delighted to have Sharma lead this group. In a career spanning 22 years, Sharma has been in senior leadership roles in revenue, brand and key client relationship management across media, advertising and brand management.
