Reliance Broadcast Network (RBNL) has awarded additional responsibilities to its top management, starting this fiscal. According to the network, the executive leadership team will work seamlessly across the radio (92.7 Big FM) and television (Big Magic and Big Magic Ganga) businesses.
After a successful stint of almost two years with the organisation, Lavneesh Gupta, chief operating officer of the company has decided to move on.
Katial says, "In order to build a future-ready organisation, we want to build a team of lateral leaders. Their focus will be on developing skills of the team in the areas of innovation, creativity, risk taking and adopting an entrepreneurial approach. I am certain that the team will deliver and continue to successfully drive the growth story for the Group."
