Maxus bags OLX's media mandate

The agency's New Delhi office will work on the account

Maxus India has won the media duties for OLX which claims to be India's largest online classifieds platform. The account, which was won through a multi-agency pitch, will be handled by the agency's New Delhi team led by Navin Khemka. As part of the win, the agency will manage all traditional media outlets as well as content marketing for the brand.

Expressing his views on the win, Amarjit Singh Batra, chief executive officer, OLX India, says, "We welcome Maxus on board and look forward to create path-breaking campaigns that can match our current growth trajectory and also significantly enhance it in the months to come. According to OLX India, it is the number one classifieds for used cars and motorbikes, mobile phones, and household items, with 80 per cent market share in the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) online classifieds segment in India.
