SEBI seeks changes in SAT order against Puneet Goenka

SEBI has submitted a plea to change the Securities Appellate Tribunal's ruling against ZeeL CEO Punit Goenka that was made on July 10.

Before a final order was made, SAT requested a change of Whole Time Member (WTM) on July 10 "to remove any kind of bias." SAT had declined to issue an interim stay on the Sebi ruling against Subhash Chandra and Goenka.
