Talking to afaqs!, Sen says, "I will work as a consultant with various firms, where the task will be to develop sound marketing strategies."

Sen is currently working on two projects. The first one is a project by Healthspring (supported by Harvard Medical School, USA, and the UK-based National Institute for Clinical Excellence, and funded partially by the Dr Narayan Murthy-led Catamaran, and Reliance Capital), which provides institutionalised primary healthcare to families and the corporate sector through community care centres.

He is also working with Ckon Impex, which is involved in design, supply, and the installation of LED Video displays and LED lighting systems.

Sen, who has more than 35 years of experience, and has worked across all media, says that he is also open to the idea of launching his own venture when the opportunity arises.

In 1990, Sen joined the response department at The Times of India Group, as regional head. He was with the TOI for 10 years, followed by Primesite, Mudra's OOH firm, as president. In 2006, he joined the Jagran Prakashan Group to launch its out-of-home division Jagran Engage, as the chief operating officer and business head. After two years, he moved to Laqshya Media as president, projects, and was later promoted as the CEO in 2010.
