Sony LIV to launch its next exclusive online show 'LIV Shutter'

The show will invite viewers and help them 'build confidence and shed their inhibitions'.

After the recent launch of its original content show 'Love Bytes', Sony LIV, Multi Screen Media's (MSM) digital video entertainment brand rolled out yet another exclusive digital web series 'LIV Shutter'. The show which went on air on October 21, 2015, can be watched every Wednesday on the Sony LIV mobile app, and also on the website.

LIV Shutter is a show centred around self-realisation and inspiration, and turns the spotlight on how the youth can push limits to achieve their goals, and can overcome any shortcomings that they believe they possess. An official statement terms it a 'social' show and one of its kind on the digital platform. Viewers will also be invited to be part of the show, giving them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to 'shed their inhibitions, shatter their fears, pick up their self-esteem, and show the world what they got.'

According to the official release, "With 20 million app downloads so far, LIV is the first amongst its competitors to provide original exclusive premium content. As a true pioneer in its space, Sony LIV launched India's first-ever original show exclusively for the online platform earlier this year. With #LoveBytes, it became the country's first digital video-on-demand (VOD) platform to introduce an innovation of this nature"

There is yet another exclusive digital web series, 'Tan Lines', which is in the pipeline. Its theme, flavour and medium of consumption are all tailored exclusively for the platform's young viewers between the ages of 15 to 24.
