Vengalil joined Isobar as the first employee in the South and set up a team from scratch. Talking to afaqs! about his exit, Vengalil says, "It was a great journey with Isobar. I have learnt a lot in the past five years, like the importance of collaboration and agility. I wish them the best... I have decided to take a step back in digital marketing and relook at the way it is being executed today. There are a lot of grey areas or leakages that can be fixed using technology, but to do that I need to put on a different hat. In my new role, I will work closely with brands and agencies to bring in transparency, accountability and efficiency with the use of data and technology."

About his new venture What Clicks, he says, "It is a great space to be in today. Every brand has to face the harsh realities of ad fraud, security fraud and viewability challenges - this is a huge menace which leads to loss of marketing spends..." adding that his team will help brands and agencies manoeuvre this intricate web and create processes and measurements therein.
