In a recent development, GSK Consumer Healthcare has called for a multi-agency creative pitch for Horlicks, industry sources have confirmed the news to afaqs!. JWT India is the incumbent agency on the account.


Horlicks is a malted milk hot drink manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. Apart from that, the company also manufactures a range of nutrition bars, health food drinks and biscuits, including Women's Horlicks, Junior Horlicks, Horlicks Ninja, Horlicks Litea and Horlicks biscuits.

Along with Horlicks and Boost, which are the popular health food/drink brands of GSK Consumer Healthcare, the company also markets and distributes a range of everyday health products such as Eno, Crocin, Iodex and Sensodyne. It claims to have a network of over 700 distributors and a direct coverage of over eight lakh retail outlets.
