In a recent development, Pradip Thakker has been appointed as head of Amazon Prime Video, Direct IN. Previously, Thakker worked with Viacom18 Digital Ventures as associate vice president – content and marketing.

Prior to joining Viacom18 Digital Ventures, Thakker worked with The Walt Disney Company for close to six years. With more than 16 years of work experience, Thakker has also worked with Star India, Turner Broadcasting, Filmy – Sahara One, Zoom and Synovate in the past.
