Hotstar has appointed Ankit Desai as vice president - digital sales strategy. Previously, he was working with Marico as head - media & digital marketing, India & Global Centre of Excellence.
Ankit Desai
Desai has over 16 years of experience. He joined Marico in March 2011 and has worked in various capacities. Prio to that he worked with NDTV looking after marketing, communication and brand management.
Desai started his carrier with Dainik Jagran as an ad sales executive. In 2006, he joined GroupM - MindShare Fulcrum as Media Planner.
A graduate in commerce from University of Mumbai, Desai pursed his Advansed Diploma in Software Engineering (Hons) from Aptech. He completed PGDCM, in Advertising from Symbiosis International University in 2006.
