India's luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz India has announced an organisational change in its sales & marketing function effective from August 1, 2025. Brendon Sissing, currently head of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, has been appointed as the vice president, sales & marketing, Mercedes-Benz India. He succeeds Lance Bennett who assumed the new responsibility of chief financial officer at Mercedes-Benz in the middle east.
Sissing has rich experience in steering strategic initiatives within the auto finance sector. He has proven expertise in enhancing customer journeys through integrated online and offline platforms, while fostering stakeholder relationships and a strong talent management culture.
As the head of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India, Sissing has driven the company’s strategy and its business transformation leveraging digitisation. He has played a key role in significantly integrating an integrated customer centric journey by mirroring online and offline journeys.
