Wondrlab, the marketing transformation company, has appointed Bharatesh Salian as president – digital. With over two decades of experience at the intersection of digital strategy, data intelligence, and creative technology, Bharatesh’s appointment bolsters Wondrlab’s mission to deliver full funnel technology-powered marketing solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Bharatesh has held leadership roles at marquee networks including Interpublic Group, Publicis Groupe, and Omnicom Media Group. Most recently, he served as SVP – marketing science & CX at FCB/SIX, where he led data-led CX transformation for brands like Amazon, HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Capital, and JioMart. He has also helmed digital business strategy and transformation mandates across FMCG, BFSI, real estate, fashion, auto, and government verticals.
In his new role, Bharatesh will lead Wondrlab’s digital practice, integrating performance, experience, content, and commerce. His responsibilities will also include enhancing the company’s capabilities in social media innovation, digital storytelling, and AI-powered marketing intelligence, to build agile and insight-led solutions.
