Suvidhaa Infoserve, an initiative of Shapoorji Pallonji Group, today announced availability of bookings at its over 3000 outlets across the country for over 5000 bus routes.
Suvidhaa provides services to the consumers on a single platform relates to Travel, Utilities, Telecom, Entertainment, Finance, Education, Telemedicine, E-governance, Lifestyle, and Payment collection, along with a host of others services.
"Providing bookings for 5000 bus routes at our kiosks known as Suvidhaa Point would really bring a lot of convenience and ease to the travelers.", said Mr. Alok Jha, Vice President – Marketing, Suvidhaa Inforserve.
"The reservation software when accessed by customers to view bus ticket options will also offer comparisons from cheapest fare in the ascending order and the highest fare in the descending one. The customer will also be able to choose seats for their journey. The payment can be done in cash, as well as through credit cards", he added.
The company also plans to open its flagship 'Suvidhaa Stores' in few months. The flagship stores will offer various services including specialised services like passport and visa assistance, tailor made travel plans. Suvidhaa has 3000 outlets at present across 14 states and over 100 cities and plans to have 10,000 outlets across the country by December ,2008 and 1,00,000 outlets in a span of 3 years.
