Mr. Chandramohan Mehra, the Head of Corporate & Marketing Communications at SBI Life Insurance, one of the leading private sector life insurance firms in India, has been named as the “Young Achiever” at the 3rd Indy’s Awards held here.
The Indy’s Awards recognize outstanding excellence and performance in the area of marketing and communications.
Mr. Mehra won the "Young Achiever" for excellence in marketing, Communications, Advertising and Branding.
Mr. Mehra leads the Branding, PR, CSR and Internal Communication initiatives at SBI Life Insurance. He has been instrumental in rolling several ad campaigns including the popular "oldboy -cricket" commercial for Pension Plans, Read India Pledge, a CSR initiative and internal communication programmes for 6,000 employees and 80,000 distributors.
Prior to SBI Life, he led brand management at Kotak Life Insurance. At FCB Ulka advertising he played a significant role in developing on the largest automobile CRM program for TATA Motors and was part of team that introduced e-age banking products for HDFC Bank.
In other categories at the Award ceremony, actor, writer, director Farhan Akhtar won the ‘Youth Icon of the Year’ Award, telecom major Bharti Airtel Ltd won ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ Award and Aaj Tak picked up the ‘Hindi News Channel of the Year’ Award.
