Pradeep Chak joins Euro RSCG as vice-president, client servicing

Euro RSCG India has appointed Pradeep Chak as vice-president, client servicing, Mumbai. Besides focusing on organic growth, Chak will also support new business initiatives on a national level.

Talking about Chak's appointment, Suman Srivastava, president, Euro RSCG India, says, “I am pleased to welcome Pradeep Chak to Euro RSCG India. His strengths include excellent strategic thinking with strong networking abilities. He brings on board a blend of creative and entrepreneurial skills which will benefit not only our clients but also our new business efforts.”

Chak is, needless to say, quite gung ho about his new profile. “Since my role is at an all-India level, I have been visiting the Euro RSCG offices across the country to get acquainted with everybody and it has been a great experience. In terms of what I bring to the table, let me just say that I am a person who can mix scientific thinking with fiction and convert it into creative business.”

Prior to joining Euro RSCG, Chak was with Concept Communication Ltd, where he was responsible for new business development, in addition to handling client servicing.

Chak, who has always had a strategic function in the ad industry, has a creative streak to his personality. He has, in fact, conceptualised and written the lyrics for the recently launched music video 'Aao De Saath Hum', which is part of the music album called Hope.

The album, which features 12 singers of India, is being released globally by Universal Music to aid Tsunami affected children.

An MBA in marketing from Lucknow and a PG Diploma in Mass Communication from Germany, Chak has over 12 years experience in the industry ranging from journalism, corporate communications and advertising. Clients Chak has worked on include Gulf Oil India Ltd., Wockhardt Ltd., Cox & Kings, UTV, NTPC, India Bulls, BSNL, Euro Kids and Birla Sun Life Insurance and Asset Management.
