Rediffusion Y&R has appointed Pramod Sharma as executive creative director. He joins the agency from Soho Square (Ogilvy). This is his second stint in the group.

Sharma comes with over 15 years of work experience across agencies like Ogilvy, Dentsu, Percept-Hakuhodo, Everest and DDB Mudra. During his career, he has worked on brands such as Parle Products, Sony SAB TV, Sony Pal, Pantaloons, Maxx Mobiles, Fedex, ICICI, Reliance Communications, Readers' Digest, Cisco, Tata Housing and Raymond Apparels.
